With the adjusted version of ServiceNow, Banqsoft got a smooth reporting system and a solid overview of inquiries from different customer segments.
Certain features have already been implemented – such as Incident and Problem Management.
But ServiceNow has even more features and thus the partnership between BusinessNow and Banqsoft is far from over. Satisfaction guaranteed, Banqsoft re-elected BusinessNow as a consultant of the second implementation, including Customer Service and Change Management.
– We aim to use ServiceNow for more features within Customer Service and Change Management. The cooperation with BusinessNow has been very positive because they listened carefully to us throughout the project, says Mikael Folke, who also highlights the successful “examine and analyze” workshop on January 8 this year, where the roadmap of the project was presented.
